Hey you future space pirates, I'm a future space businessman, and I'm posting to say, "I'm on to you guys". But, seriously, if you want any of my fine product, you just have to ask, and, for a reasonable fee, I will provide you with what you desire. I'll bet you're interested in real estate for a port of call....

I'm sure we can come to some kind of reasonable arrangement. If you're interested in aiding with development, I have the will and drive to create the finest space fleet ever. It is imperative that I reduce launch costs to below $100/kg in order for my venture to be successful, and for yours as well. This may require new lauch vessel designs - though it could feasibly be done with Atlas rockets. Anyway, once I reach the Moon, I would definitely be willing to sell you real estate for dirt cheap - after the strip mining, of course.

Well now where a talking. Strip mining the moon will provide many suplies in the way of aluminum, oxygen, and silicon. Then haveing acess to the surface for space agriculture will be a real asset. But if you are interested in the big bucks we need to be talking about mining the ataroid belt and Mars. Did you know that there exist in the ataroid belt radioactive elements and compound which can fuel a neuclear reactor designed with them in mind. All that and Heay meatals too. Iron, nickel, copper, etc. there all out there. The money will be in the manufactured items produced in space with materials mined in space. The potential for pharmasudicals alone is increadable. You only need one good manned ship to get out there with the right equipment and start manufacturing with the materials the mine. The finishing touches can be done in a High earth orbit with crew from the Moon base. And thats when your going to need you low cost per kg launch because some materials are going to have to be manufacture on Earth. That is untill we have a stable community on Mars, mining and manufacturing:) I'm there with you friend and I can see a viable means to accumulate great wealth and have a lot of fun.

The lunar surface can yield a small yet signigicant amount of Helium-3. The regolith has been impregnated with Helium by the solar wind, and some of it is Helium-3, extremely valuable and extremely useful for fusion reactors. While it only exists in 4ppb, it is possible to obtain approximately a kilogram of material in a month, which currently sells on the market at about $1000000/kg. This also provides us with energy, and it's only 4 days away, not a year. Not to mention all of the other things you came up with.
